COMMERCIAL CLARITY
What buyers usually need to confirm.
Can I order a customized sample?
Yes. The sample fee is quoted according to the selected product and customization requirements. Standard sampling time is approximately 15–20 days after the specification, artwork and sample payment are confirmed.
How long is bulk production?
For orders of up to 200 pieces, the standard production period is approximately 15 days after the approved sample or specification and the deposit are confirmed. Larger quantities, complex decoration and custom packaging are scheduled separately in the written quotation.
How should I specify color?
Send a Pantone reference, a physical reference or a clear color brief. The achievable result and tolerance depend on the surface, coating and approved sample.
How is logo pricing calculated?
The logo process and price depend on the selected style, product surface, artwork, durability requirement and quantity. The proposed method and cost are confirmed before sampling.
What packaging is available?
Packaging is reviewed around the product, protection requirement, print artwork and destination market. Standard or custom packaging scope is confirmed in the quotation.
What are the payment and trade terms?
Standard payment is 80% deposit and 20% balance. Our default quotation is EXW factory price. FOB or other trade terms can be requested and will be reviewed and quoted separately according to the order and shipping requirements.
